Customer Support Carefully reviewed specs. Ordered Visio 2016 for Windows 7. Downloaded, attempted installation. Failed with some corny message saying "when it's fixed we'll let you know". Chatted up agent/bot without resolution. Have heard nothing back from GetPCOnline support. Credit card charged ASAP and I have no product.

I had a problem with having installed an identical copy of the software so there was a licensing problem.
