Chatted up agent/bot without resolution. Have heard nothing back from GetPCOnline support. Credit card charged ASAP and I have no product.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home… I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business for Windows x1. The biggest fear of purchasing these types of products online is whether or not you will receive a key, and if you do get a key, is it authentic. Fortunately, I got an authentic key. The reason I gave a 4 star is because I did get an error upon installation. I contacted getpconline.com support, twice; and never got a response. I did have to contact Microsoft for tech support. Overall, the product was fine, but there really is no support.
