GBI like the fact the Installer checked… I like the fact the Installer checked the WIFI on the main computer for me and made it clear when giving me the access information. When I updated my phone and iPad it was simple. The experience was great and it's nice to see old school values in today's companies

GBOverall really great for what you pay… Overall really great for what you pay and they have options for affordable upgrades if you need to add better upload speeds. My only gripe is that I have a LAN ethernet connection to my PS5 and it inconsistently drops connection at times which cuts off online gameplay even though it's only for mayb 5-15 seconds

GBI called Starry this evening because my router was slightly disconnected I called Starry this evening because my router was slightly disconnected from the electrical outlet. Jessica Zeegers happened to answer my call and she helped me fix my router 5 months ago. I was happy and surprised to speak with her and she actually remembered me from my previous last call 5 months. She is an amazing, intelligent professional and I’m glad that I am using Starry. GBWe have terrible service here We have terrible service here, our Wi-Fi continues to cut out since we’ve switched to starry. It’s very difficult to play games or stream or work on computer. From sept 2023 to now it has continued to give us a head ache. Will be switching to another provider.

GBI’ve had the best internet experience… I’ve had the best internet experience with starry and the best part is that it’s been at an affordable price. Everyone in my household can be on wifi and speeds will not be slow.
