GBI'm home with COVID trying to signup for Rx notifications I'm home with COVID and trying to sign up for Rx status at my pharmacy after multiple Rx were called in from ER last night. GBVery unhelpful Very unhelpful. Sent me an alert about a new home purchase that wasn’t mine. Then when I called to get help figuring out what was going on was told oh disregard it. We notified people who have similar names. I asked do you not look at other deciding factors like date of birth I was told well you may also share the same last 4 digits to your SS # . What are the odds of someone who has the same name sharing the same last four digits of their Social Security number. I called bs
