GBI'm home with COVID trying to signup for Rx notifications I'm home with COVID and trying to sign up for Rx status at my pharmacy after multiple Rx were called in from ER last night. I'm glad to know Norton is taking care of me, too. I didn't explain well - I received an alert after trying to sign up for Rx status. That's why I gave the 5 star rating.

GBLifelock didn't handle my dispute... Lifelock notified me of an account opening in my name. I clicked the link and stated it was not me. Lifelock then had me answer what was going to be 3 questions. The first was whether I ever had an account with a certain bank and I said yes. Then Lifelock closed the dispute and stated I said the account opening was due to ne which was not the case. It was an unknown person and name using my information. No one available for in person talk. Not good Lifelock.

GBNew loan alert I am in the process of securing a new mortgage. Previously I had frozen my credit reports. For the loan I needed to unfreeze the reports. Shortly after doing so LifeLock contacted me to confirm it was me. A short time later they contacted me again to inquire if I had applied for a new loan. Just wanted to say thank you that your system works the way you say it will.

That little guy is lifelock. Constantly watching and reporting anything and everything to keep you and your family safe.
