I've always been pleased with all communications I've had with your "help" people as well as with the TELLO phone svc. GBThe worst Data is completely unreliable. It only works half the time, even if I have "5g+" and full bars. Half the time I can stream and download, the other half it won't even load a news story. Same location. Same time of day.

GBGreat and affordable Been using Tello phone service for my older two kids for at least a year or two now and love it, very affordable, love that you can pick the service you need and will use. Never had a issue so far

GBGreat plans, prices, service Great plan prices - gives you exactly what you want/need and no more. We rolled our 30-yr old landline number over to an older phone just to keep the number and to screen out all the spam calls at home. They got it switched in 24 hours, which is pretty amazing.

GBGreat Prices, Spotty Coverage Price wise Tello is a great company, we switched from Verizon simply due to this fact. We got 3 lines for the price we were paying Verizon for 1. However, Verizon has better coverage in our area. Tello's is spotty in certain areas where Verizon's is stronger. So, for price they are great, for coverage, less so.
