Not 5 stars because the chatline could not answer my question and I had to send an email to the advisers, who were a little bit brusque with their responses. I understand the need for clarity, but it's a complex process. No need to make us feel a little 'stupid' for asking what might seem obvious.

Money wasted...job not done correctly. Well the entire cost was lost due to the fact that the documents were delivered to his mother not to the actual plantiff. Wich is what my state Az requires so i spent money for a job that wasnt completed accuratly so 256.00 as I paid for rush service wasted. You would think a company who is multijurisdictional would know the requirements of the states they are working despite cross jurisdiction.
