Power diary for psychologists Power diary has helped my practice alot, with automated SMS reminders and a great calender system I'm saving time in these areas. The telehealth lite (included) works very well without the client needing to download any apps or programs. There are more features I'm yet to implement.

Power Diary are not professional Power Diary market themselves as being created by health 'professionals' for health professionals. In the last month or so, they have made some significant changes to their software, without any consultation whatsoever. They operate very 'professionally' a Facebook group for users to discuss how to use the software etc. and give feedback. In response to these recent changes, numerous users have aired their feedback about it, including myself and - rather than professionally acknowledge it - power diary have systematically removed the posts, stating they are not kind and respectful. Of course, most of them were simply professional feedback and power diary has responded very unprofessionally by claiming that these things hurt people's feelings in the development team. I'm sorry, but if you alter software without consulting the customer base, and they give you feedback, and your feelings are hurt, perhaps you should either: - listen to your customers or - acknowledge that they too will be upset and you will likely lose them.

It works seamlessly and intuitively... It works seamlessly and intuitively to give you and your clients a speedy outcome. I have probably only used a fraction of what the program is capable of but as a new need comes I've Power Diary has had an application for that requirement. The support is there when needed. There are plenty of training videos. I haven't worked with any application quite as intuitive.

It has generally been intuitive to use… It has generally been intuitive to use Powerdiary. Although I have not explored every aspect of it, it has been very user-friendly to customise according to my needs.
