A Nexcess Customer since 2013 I have been a Nexcess Customer since 2013 and their technical support is the reason why. They are always so helpful. My site got contaminated by Malware, and Dylan walked me through some possible fixes. I am curious why there isn't some Malware on the server like Immunify 360 and why we have to have Malware on our own word press sites. None the less Dylan was an ace.

Support was fast and solved the problem quickly Support was quick to respond and got my problem solved quickly. Other times I needed support in the past they've been great as well.
