Once connected the tech that handled my ticket was very nice and knowledgeable in handling my issue and had me back up and going in less than 20 minutes. he really made the call for help less stressful.

GBThe team at MRI are great and always… The team at MRI are great and always available to assist when something is not quite working as it should. The road to having a usable product has not been easy for us but with their diligent care and constant improvements to the product we now have a usable CRM which shows us exactly the state of business.

GBI am overall happy with this software I am overall happy with this software. I struggle with miscellaneous docs at times. If I turn off auto and edit the document, it will automatically load only my signature in everybody’s signature box. I have complained about this issue before but it hasn’t changed.
