Reps. like Sandi, Christ, Dani, are always, always helpful and patient with me. they follow through and email you back with results and resolutions. How cool is that!!! I've never worked on this data base before. But I have confidence using it now because of CS like Sandi and Christ and Dani. The are your assets!!!!

ZAAfter 10 days of my previous complaint… After 10 days of my previous complaint the issue is still not resolved. The promised refund has not been processed nor has the request for an invoice been responded to!!!!!!! Pathetic

GBTo be clear To be clear, Hollander did not choose MRI/Affordable Housing. MRI bought Cornerstone and stated that Cornerstone would be eliminated at some point. I just want to make that very clear. However, after a very rocky start, and a very long learning curve, I now appreciate the Affordable Housing components and rely on the many, wonderful Customer Support people who are skilled, patient, and eager to help.
