Thanks PureVPN I have probably used PureVPN both on desktop and on mobile device for over 4 years. I do rate myself as a light user and generally use their basic functions/service. However they have met my expectations and I rarely have any quality issues. I find them reliable and easy to use. PureVPN has come a long way and they are improving in all aspects. They are competitively priced and loyalty results in lower costs. I am happy to continue using them over the next 4-5 years. Good job guys!

Stable, quick and reliable connections The most stable and quick connection I found after testing all the popular VPNs. My favourite feature is the 'Shortcuts' menu for specific purposes. Thanks also to Peter in customer service for helping with the sign up.

Terrible There are 3 server sites that support port forwarding in the USA: NY, LA, and Seattle. Connecting to any of these and VPN becomes completely unusable with data flowing not at all or at less that dialup speed much of the time, making port forwarding essentially a worthless extra charge. "Customer service" is useless. Wouldn't recommend this service.
