Excellent service and assistance Over the years I have tried many more or less expensive VPNs. For a few months I have been using PureVPN for my work activities and also using a dedicated IP. The service works very well, I have never encountered any problems. Today I had a connection problem with the dedicated IP server and I contacted chat support. The operator Peter advised me to reinstall the software on Windows and the problem was immediately solved. Thanks Peter

Terrible There are 3 server sites that support port forwarding in the USA: NY, LA, and Seattle. Connecting to any of these and VPN becomes completely unusable with data flowing not at all or at less that dialup speed much of the time, making port forwarding essentially a worthless extra charge. "Customer service" is useless. Wouldn't recommend this service.

to put it in simple terms to put it in simple terms. any vpn could potentially sellout to a high bidder or a government demanding them to do so, that is what makes pure different, they will never ever sell or give my data to anyone or any government,. so you do you but ill stay with pure for ever since i know its the best option, kind regards slim shady
