I would give a 0 star if I had the… I would give a 0 star if I had the option. This company is a rip-off. Trying to cancel my auto subscription, and I am unable to talk to anyone. I have left several messages and send numerous emails, but still no response. I am contacting my CC company and dispute the charge. Unprofessional behavior from The Whitesmoke!!

The life time membership is a scam The life time membership is a scam. They shut me down like clock work every year and I had to fight and get it turned back on. Then finally they shut me off and refused to support my membership altogether. The expensive lifetime membership is a fraud. This company would be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit!!

I used to enjoy their services years… I used to enjoy their services years back but recently they ruined their entire system and its utterly useless. Not worth the money and the customer service/sales team is unprofessional. I do not recommend.

auto renew SCAM Horrible- white smoke does not correct grammar as it claims. Auto renew scam- there is no way for the customer to opt out of auto renew. You must contact customer service and then they ask for feedback instead of cancelling as requested. I used both White smoke and Grammerly to compare software and honestly Grammarly is A FAR superior software. Grammerly catches mistakes while Whitesmoke creates mistakes!

I have used White Smoke for many years. I have used White Smoke for many years. It is a very effective program to check all your documents, including emails and online submissions before you send them. Before I used WS, I would later review something I sent, and would be embarrassed, of some typos or poor grammar usage. I have also recommended this program to many of my family and friends. All who have purchased it, have been very glad they did. I highly recommend you try it.
