Scam avoid They lead you to install this through clever deception that somethings wrong with your computer and you need it. Try to look legit with this whole "partnered with Microsoft" and the whole like. Well they trick you about a 7 day free trial being 5.97$ then set you up to be automatically billed after 7 days but don't make this clear, it's either in fine print or not apparent so it's deception anyhow. They don't have a phone number so I emailed them and they give you the wraparound about keeping it and wanting to help resolve the issues about your PC send us more info about the issues etc... I've finally told them I'm disputing this charge with my bank because they aren't cooperating and used deceptive tactics and haven't heard back yet again... Avoid it's just scheme to get your money and a huge hassle. As others of said it may also exaggerate a lot of problems with your computer it says it finds and you need to suck you in... Take it from me and others online save the headache.

easy and efficient for seniors well, this software helped me out of a mess. My computer was damaged by another software and every program keeps carshing down. I wanna to restore the system only to find there is no restore point or something else. Smartpcfixer fix it for me, now she is running perfectly. thank you sooooooo much!

I ordered the trial for $5.99 I ordered the trial for $5.99. The product code did not activate the software, in which I tried several times. When I went to the support site it hade no contact information and no resource to solve the problem. The only action this company took was to debit my checking account. No access to customer service. A complete fraud? It certainly appears to be....

SCREWED THIS PROGRAM ABSOLUTELY SUCKS i PAID FOR IT. GOT MY KEY AND THEY KEEP SAYING IT'S INVALID... I AM SO TIRED OF BEING SCREWED BY MICROSOFT AND ALL THEIR QUIRKY LITTLE BUDDIES. FUNNY WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN A COMPANY AND BELIEVE THEY HAVE YOUR BACK. I HAVE TOTALLY REMOVED THIS PROGRAM AND REPORTING THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED TOO.

SMARTPCFIXER is guilty of CUSTOMER HARASSMENT! This scam company offers a product which does NOTHING. After four emails back and forth, it will NOT REFUND my initial payment and REFUSES to cancel my subscription. Do NOT buy their product. You will spend days, even years, trying to get your money back--and you may fail. PLEASE beware that this is a totally disreputable scam company with NO contact info except an email address that continues to BEG you to remain a customer.
