GBDon't Use! Absolute Scam, many people will tell you Don't Use! Absolute Scam, many people will tell you this fact. I used this product and it made my computer worse. I emailed them several times since there's phone number and they never responded. Fortunately I used paypal and even-though they don't usually refund on digital media, software, they refunded my money. Thank goodness but my computer is much worse.

GBSCREWED THIS PROGRAM ABSOLUTELY SUCKS i PAID FOR IT. GOT MY KEY AND THEY KEEP SAYING IT'S INVALID... I AM SO TIRED OF BEING SCREWED BY MICROSOFT AND ALL THEIR QUIRKY LITTLE BUDDIES. FUNNY WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN A COMPANY AND BELIEVE THEY HAVE YOUR BACK. I HAVE TOTALLY REMOVED THIS PROGRAM AND REPORTING THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED TOO.

NZSmartpcfixer Reviews | Customer Service Reviews of Smartpcfixer I just had the most awful experience with Smartpcfixer. Certainly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Like a previous user here. I downloaded trial under the false assurance from the company that they will fix error 91. I had trouble since the software will not work in spite of activating it. Therefore I cancelled immediately. The company assured me of not further charges then BEFORE THE 7th day they charged AGAIN for full year. THIS IS A SCAM with FAKE SOFTWARE. There is no phone to try. This company should be prosecuted. Can anybody help how to try to stop this company from continuing crime and get some refunds.

GBI bought the trial and decided to … I bought the trial and decided to cancel before the end of the trial. They went ahead and charged my account anyway and I have been unable to get a refund. They even sent me an email apologizing for doing so. It has been several weeks now and after multiple requests, they are still sending me notices trying to get me to continue to use

GBI think the software give fake results to make it appear your repairs are critical I used this to try and repair a 'Remote device won't accept the connection' message. They let you download the software and run an analysis of your pc. The results showed there are a 'critical' problem on my pc, so I purchased the software. Using this did not change anything on my pc that I can tell. Now I think there was no critical problem; they give you false results to get you to buy the product. And now I am having a difficult time canceling this ongoing 'subscription.' DO NOT USE.
