Disgusted by company offer Disgusted with the offer given for iPhone 5s. I had sent a perfect working phone into the company and originally offered £103.00 odd. This is a phone my son had looked after, he changed the cover from heavy duty whilst in work to a gel one when not. Continually cleaned it and purchased tempered glass for the cover. Never once did it have to be repaired. I have to phone them today and they insult me by offering £20.00, saying its bent and a volume button is sticking. I asked for the phone back and they offer me an extra £5.00 on top. Still insulted I have asked for the phone to be returned immediately. Let's see how long it takes them to get it back. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! Will put the new amount of how much I sold it for when it's returned. Will stick to Envirophone or Mazumba in future no problem with them!!!!!!!

Paid less than agreed Used service last year. £5 taken off already low price - I have never been paid less than agreed on other websites as my gadgets are well looked after and presented - and usually returned in original box. No explanation for reduction given. Price too small to argue over £5 but wouldn't use again.

Scam Artists DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I sent my Samsung Galaxy s2 to igadgets after finding them on a comparison site, i was quoted £65 for my handset as it was in perfect condition. Having found an emil in my JUNK folder saying my phone wasnt up to standard due to wear of the rear and scratches to the front screen, i would only be receiving £30, i had 3 days to reply to that email to accept the offer or decline it and pay £5 to have it returned. The phone had been in a protective case from day one and it looked brand new, so they are talking rubbish and probably knowing i wouldnt see the email in time, have robbed myself and probably hundreds of other people of what they are rightly owed.

Please don’t buy anything from… Please don’t buy anything from gagdets.com from Mississauga, they are cheating with the customers I was buy hoverboard last month March 2022 and they send me used ones then not refund back , same items buy form Best Buy they send me exact that item which one display in the web page . Please don’t waste time and money on gadgets company . Best Buy is always good
