Where is my money...again! After nearly a month of waiting for my payment... Today is the day. No money in bank! I Would like my iPhone sent back to me ASAP otherwise immediate action will be taken regarding this matter. Again, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Postage service rubbish They value your phone at £115 and then send you a nice postage paid bag that only covers £50 but you won't know that until it go's missing.Would it not be better to tell anyone that sends something with a higher value to pay for special delivery.But after reading the reviews maybe it's better that it never got to the company.I have used o2 before and had no problems

DO NOT USE They offer the best price but then they reduce the price dramatically. When I declined there evaluation they came back with a price that doubled their original offer but still considerably lower than promised. I declined again and they said it would be despatched on 48 hour service. 5 days later it had not left their offices. They offer a 'LOCKED IN' price if they receive the phone with in 10 days of your original enquiry. This is a complete lie. They try to pass this off as locked in based on the condition when they assess it. Also the 48 hour return actually means it takes them 5 to 7 days to print a label before they put it in the post. An absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Bunch of time wasters. Be warned.

is ok but can be faster the service the service is very slow specially the payment 10 working days should be faster. The service i don't know told me my phone is average what means average and you take of £30 which is a lot. In the end yes i took it as i need the money, But in overall my satisfaction not much, sorry

I did a survey bc supposedly they are a scam. with my… I did a survey bc supposedly with my frequent shopping curbside WalMart, I could pay shipping and get a cookware set. Of course I paid the small shipping amount and then I get a text saying I was entered into a drawing. Total SCAM!!!
