GBI have owned the program for many years … I have owned the program for many years 10 yrs or so. Their customer service terrible. I am in Dallas and I used to call their local number before they disappeared from the radar to Canada. I need another program if anyone has any advice Solomon Dallas, Texas December 2017

GBBest value PDF Writer I've been using it for 6 years. It makes PDFs out of anything, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Quickbooks, images, anything that you can print. Very easy to use, just select "deskPDF" from any printer settings box. It is a fraction of the cost of Adobe, probably because they don't yet have the name recognition. Highly recommended.

GBLifetime Support for your lifetime license - What Life time License I purchased a few products from Docudesk. deskPDF Editor X, deskPDFcreator, deskUNPDF3, deskUNPDF2012. Last fall I was notified everything was about to expire because I did not own the current versions. So, my life time License was expiring? This week I got a promoting, they want me back! I can renew for just $39.99 - 60% off list. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro. It really works, and doesn't arbitrarily stop working when a new version comes out. Granted it is more expensive, but I think I spent that much on the renews of Docudesk over the years. Now, I have one software package that does it all, rather than trying to figure out which version of Docudesk works.

GBDocudesk is a Big Zero Is there a way to give a company a zero? My product never worked properly and for the first two months, the software kept requesting that I activate the product. I cut and pasted the key that came with the download after every request. This did not work. I also typed it in. No luck. I paid for the product and contacted Docudesk and notified support of the problems I was experiencing, which was approximately two weeks after I purchased the product. Docudesk support asked me to send a screen shot and I sent it. No response. I also sent Docudesk proof of purchase and asked for a refund. After two months, it now says my trial period has expired. No refund. Nothing. Docudesk basically stole my money! It is Adobe Pro for me from now on. This is a company that is headed out of business!

GBTerrible Customer Support As with others who have commented on this product I to am most dissatisfied with the the quality of the program and especially their telephone customer service which is totally useless unless you are just trying to obtain a replacement license. They cannot connect you wth with a supervisor when the issue is beyond the expertise of the basic call center because they don't accept calls. They cannot expedite your issue or connect you with technical people for quick resolution to your issue so you can get back to work because it is not allowed. The only way you can escalate the request is to send an email to support and relay the same information as provided to the call center person. Technical support will then get back with you at their convenience. if you are relying on using DeskPDF Studio XE Professional for business you would be better to seek a more reliable company. I have used them for many years but the new company, whoever they really are, is not worth the trouble.
