very well pleased I've been using deskPDF as my .pdf writer for a number of years and have been very well pleased with it. Last week I purchased and downloaded the newly available deskPDF Editor for Windows. The very next day, I learned that a 40-page .pdf document that I had created from numerous small files and sent out had an error on pages 23-25. Previously I would have had to correct the underlying document, then assemble the whole 40-page file again ~ a very labor-intensive operation. With deskPDF Editor I was able to delete the incorrect pages and insert corrected ones. The whole operation took about 10 minutes and worked flawlessly. I was delighted! This new program is going to make my life a lot easier in many ways. I'm eager to explore its other features.

Perfect! Truly 5 stars. I've been using Docudesk since I started my home-based business in 2009. Their products are reasonably priced, work amazingly well - I've never had a problem! - and their customer service is fast, friendly and truly helpful. I particularly like that they keep improving on what they offer - the addition of an editor is very exciting to me - it's the one feature I've missed and I can't wait to download it - makes Docudesk the complete, perfect service!

They follow through on everything they promise, and the software is easy and without glitches. It's been a great experience for me, and I've used them since they started I think! No complaints ever. Only satisfaction with a company that really knows what customer service is every time. You can create perfect PDF files and then you can even UN-PDF into several formats. Terrible Support It appears Texas Docudesk sold out to Canada Docudesk several years ago. Texas' support was fair to good. Canada's support is terrible, nonexistant. Ive been a longtime docudesk user 7 years +/- Purchased DocudeskXE w. OCR. Download version. OCR didn't load properly. Tried to reinstall, and was told my key had been used. Contacted company, via email, no telephone numbers, who ignored/refused to correct problem. Shopping for another product.

Docudesk is a winner! Thoroughly delighted with this product. Simple to use and results are spot on every time. I was impressed with the website when I found it through searching, and am equally impressed with the software itself. When making the purchase I experienced a problem using the payment processor but Docudesk customer service was fast, friendly and sorted in no time. Such a pleasant change from so many other vendors these days. Highly recommended.
