DO NOT deal with this company as once they get your card they'll just keep billing and you can't get them to stop. Update - they responded but there is still no direct email contact and their response was unclear and continues to support their deceptive autorenew process - do not deal with these people.

Timed out, lost all my review input Form flowed well and got to the end OK. Went to take the supporting photo requested, then found all the information had disappeared and I was back to square one. Not happy, as it was quite a detailed review. Maybe being 'timed out' happens across other review sites too, but I've not noticed this before.

I haven't received one email from Typeform, wrote to an email , no answer. WRote on Twitter even on Facebook, NADA! I need someone from TYPEFORM to help me with this issue.

Plan renewed with no warning despite canceling Our annual plan was renewed with absolutely no warning, despite having canceled it previously. I'm sympathetic to the fact that my cancelation may not have gone through, but there is no contact info anywhere to ask for a refund. Absolutely cannot afford this service and am not planning to use it. Help!

Typeform is dodgy and unethical Typeform renewed our annual contract with no advance notice and increased the price by nearly 50%. If you try to cancel, they do not give you a refund and only say that the new plan is effective a year later. When you try to contact customer service, even if you have a plan that has a live chat, you only "speak" to a bot. If you try to contact them further, the "Leave a message" feature doesn't work. These practices are unethical and possibly illegal. They used to be an interesting and reliable company. Now they are dodgy.
