Highly Satisfied The two technicians who serviced my computer were highly professional and extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to have had the privilege to communicate with them. Their explanations concerning what they were doing were lucid and informative. Also, the computer experts with whom I spoke were Ermane Simone and Daniel. Both are excellent representatives of your company. Utah is a beautiful state.

No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.
