Highly Satisfied The two technicians who serviced my computer were highly professional and extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to have had the privilege to communicate with them. Their explanations concerning what they were doing were lucid and informative. Also, the computer experts with whom I spoke were Ermane Simone and Daniel. I don't have enough superlative words… I don't have enough superlative words to describe the service I received today from Lynsee M. I have some computer knowledge but just enough to possibly cause some major damage on my own. After the "tune up" I received yesterday from Michael C and Colby I was still having issues with a gaming program that I play very often. It would not load as it did before the tune up, and I was used to the old way (can't teach an old dog new tricks). Lynsee, in her very respectful, cheerful and friendly way resolved not only that problem but another one concerning zip files. We were on the phone about 1 1/2 hours but she was so helpful and friendly that I really was not concerned about the time. I will refer Total Tech to all friends and family that need service. Your exceptional service and response in almost un heard of in in the online experiences I have had, and I do appreciate it so very much. Thank you again.
