No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.

The techs had so much patience with me and fixed every problem I had with my computer. It would have cost me so much more time and money to have a computer person come to my house and fix everything they fixed. They cleaned all the "junk" out and got my email working again.
