SGTakes 1GB of RAM and Disk at 100% I wanted to try and install the ZoneAlarm free version. They offered a free license for the ZoneAlarm Next Generation Antivirus (Beta version). After installation, it takes more than 1GB of RAM memory, the disk is at 100% and I cannot do anything on the computer. And this is impossible to uninstall. Some folders are left and CheckPoint SBA keeps running in the background and eating memorey/disk. I tried with Revo or IObit: still some folders with dll than cannot be removed. What a nighmare !!!

GBInstalled it Installed it Next time i rebooted windows, windows would not boot up. I got that message page about problems with some options such as to do a FULL reset or try a system restore. I chose system restore....LUCKILY it worked. When Windows rebooted successfully, Zone Alarm was gone. One day later, eveything is still fine.

GBI bought a lifetime Office Software… I bought a lifetime Office Software pack from this company (Paid £179) , ever since on opening I get a message advising that this software may not be genuine !!! This company also installed software which allows your PC to run illegal software packages !! Now trying to get my money back .... but without success. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

GBThis company have lost their way. This company have lost their way. They used to provide a firewall product which allowed you to control individual programs and an AV which was light and efficient. However, the software is now just a page of "It's fine, don't worry about it" and "would you like fries with that?" On uninstalling, the company really shows its new colours... There are literally hundreds of registry entries which are not removed. So unfortunately ZA has just gone the way of the other big dodgy AV companies... What they seem to fail to realise is that what they now offer is far worse than the built-in Windows services, with no benefits. Avoid.

GBOnce respected, now Malware! Used to be a respected name for security stuff buy now it takes hold of your PC and hides parts of it making it nigh on impossible to remove even after using their 'Cleanup' tool. Still interferes with browsing.
