GBThis company is impossible to reach This company is impossible to reach. I needed to add another provider account. Two months ago, I reached out via email no response. Called customer service, no answer, left a message but never returned our call. Put in a ticket, sent a text no answer.

GBDO NOT trust this company DO NOT trust this company! They consistently try to overcharge for billing. Literally every month I have to fight with them as the bill they send me every month is incorrect. I am constantly fed fraudulent information about their billing. I am having to get an attorney involved to break my contract with them even though I have documented evidence of them actively lying to me in communications.

GBFull featured moder EHR with EPCS and… Full featured moder EHR with EPCS and integration with surescripts and ios native. It is cloud based (web/hosted) so it can be accessed anywhere. There are many available features we aren't even using yet. We changed from a much older system missing many features and are so far very pleased.

GBunethical billing practice I used to be a drchrono customer but had moved on to a different EHR. When an old client requested records I contacted drchono and they agreed to let me access records in a read only format. I failed to read their lengthy contract fully and have ended up paying for 18 months of access ($900) despite only needing one client record. Although their actions may be legal they are unethical and I want to warn other clinicians about them.

GBPoor Performance, Horrible Customer Service Truly horrible. Multiple times every month there seems to be a major outage where you are unable to view the schedule, pull up notes, call in prescriptions, etc. Makes treatment on those days impossible and then when it comes back online hours later, I have to stay late at the office to catch back up and finish my charts. It is frustrating to say the least. No excuse why it should be down so often.
