GBI ordered books months ago and still… I ordered books months ago and still haven’t received my order I have called & now my bank making me lose 28.99 behind some books I have never gotten . Trying to reach out to them is FREAKING HORRIBLE DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM THESE FOLKS THERE ARE A RIP OFF .. shut this FREAKING website down !!

SAAwful First of all, you should be wary of a "professional" company that has an email ID in all lower case letters...and no personalized name....just the company name. Second, they decided to share internal company emails (emails a customer should NEVER be privy to) with the customer referring to the customer as 'this guy'..... Good thing though was they gave me my money back

GBExcellent products that need to be fully supported in Mac OSX. Every product I have ever purchased from Nolo has proved exceptionally well written and concise. Products like Will Maker and others should be made compatible with Mac OSX, since that program has become so widely used throughout society. It's a segment of the market that cannot be ignored any longer and Nolo should step up their game to stay competitive.

GBTerrible service Terrible service, and shady business practices. The "leads" are not well vetted at all. We were initially persuaded by a sales rep Jimmy Le, who made numerous, false claims and promises. When we attempted to follow up and address issues/concerns with Jimmy Le, he vanished, refusing to respond to e-mails. But, back to the "leads" that we received... many came from people that never requested to speak with a lawyer, were not interested in hiring a lawyer, were inquiring on behalf of someone else, etc. We've spent hours disputing leads and requesting refunds. About half of the requests were fulfilled, while the other half were denied and no refund/credit given. When you appeal the denial, they almost immediately respond upholding the denial without justification. Do not waste your money or time!

GBJerry did a great job in handling two Amex cases for me ! Jerry did a great job in handling two American Express cases for me, settling both in about six months and reducing the money I had to pay to American Express to settle two cases to about 40% of the claimed amount. And getting met credit report fixed in the process. I would highly recommend that you talk to this attorney before you talk to any atttney who claims to be able to help you out wit creditors nd banks chasing you down for money. His fees are incredibly fair (way below market rates in NYC). And he seemingly works 24/7 solving client problems with banks and other greedy creditors.He will be the first attorney I contact if I ever have another problem like the one he just solved with Amex.
