One was the standard life 6-cell 4400mAh, an extended life 9-cell 6600mAh, and an extra extended life 12-cell 8800mAh battery that most other other places did not offer (this battery is larger than the standard battery, and sticks out from the back of my laptop, but I knew that, as this was clear from the photo and not a problem at all for me). I ordered the 8800mAh battery and it arrived very quickly. I installed it in the computer and it fit perfectly, plugged in the charger and very soon was enjoying about 5 hrs or more of charge time, which is about two and a half times longer than my factory battery, so I am no longer tethered to the electrical outlet with my laptop! Do not order a battery from Laptop Battery HQ I have now received two batteries that will not work. The company was quick to respond when I reported the first bad battery. They sent a replacement quickly and asked me to put the bad battery in the mail with the label provided. However, the second battery is bad as well. I took my computer to a technician to be sure that it was not my computer. My computer is fine, but the technician could not get the battery to run the computer more than 3-5 minutes before it shut down with no warning. I have asked for a full refund. Will continue this review when I receive my refund.
