GBWaste of time and money Headphone: BB903+ I bought this headphone (Bluetooth) BB903+ in 2013 i had to get it replaced once a year.. Batter life 0 after 7 months although i only charge after low battery alert.. 2. Disconnection issue ! I had experienced while driving it disconnects from the device, which leads to distraction( Not reliable ). Once warranty pass out, you cant even able to change the battery or spares on it!! Chuck it straight to trash. However, on the positive note customer service is brilliant nothing to say very proactive (Bravo) But my experience with the product is very deceiving... Let see what they have to say.

PHGood headset, but microphone developed a finicky connection I've been using a Poly Blackwire C5200 headset for 2 years now, and overall, the sound quality and comfort have been great. However, recently, the microphone has become unreliable. I have to wiggle the cord where it connects to the CPU port to get it to work properly. This is frustrating during calls and meetings. It's disappointing that this issue developed after just 2 years of use, especially for a headset in this price range. While the audio quality is still good, the unreliable microphone connection makes it less than ideal for professional use.

GBDon't deal with Plantonics Don't deal with Plantonics! Without informing me, they replaced my brand new but defective Voyager with a refurbished Voyager. All they did was give me someone else's refurbished problem. I went from a brand new, expensive headset to a second hand cast off. They never told me it was a refurb but left me believing it was brand new. What a rip off! I'll never deal with them again!

GBI had the worst person dealing with me⦠I had the worst person dealing with me On palntronics website its says ''easy to get replacement''... I sent my faulty item to them, heard nothing for 28 days. Then got the worst unsupportive person emailing me JONAS from Plantronics E&A Technical Support. He refused a replacement even after I provided invoices. I am sure this is against consumer law. DO NOT BUY PLANTRONICS GOODS VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR. Asking for a replacement I felt under investigation!

GBI purchased a set of Plantronics⦠I purchased a set of Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 which would not connect out of the box. After talking with a tech person, I was told to return them for a replacement. However I would have had to pay for the postage. They would not budge. Fortunately I purchased them through Amazon and was reimbursed without having to pay for postage. Will not purchase another Plantronics item.
