literally no support services I bought a headset from plantronics. One ear cup stopped working with my laptop only, still works on phone. Strange, ill email them and ask whats up. You have to create an account to access any kind of support. i finally did so, then there is no email available or any option to ask anyone a question. I literally can't speak to anyone about my problem. I called them; phone number doesnt ring out. I went to their forums, I can't post? I went to their 'knowledge page'. There is no information on trouble shooting. So where am i at? I have a broken product, and literally no way of contacting the company to ask about it. Will never purchase from them again.

I purchased a set of Plantronics… I purchased a set of Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 which would not connect out of the box. After talking with a tech person, I was told to return them for a replacement. However I would have had to pay for the postage. They would not budge. Fortunately I purchased them through Amazon and was reimbursed without having to pay for postage. Will not purchase another Plantronics item.

I am utterly SHOCKED DO NOT USE I am utterly SHOCKED DO NOT USE! I have called 0800 410014 customer support which says permanently they are currently unavailable unless you keep holding ( huh? ) Sparti who I spoke to has hung up on me. And didnt know much at all. Very rude and un Satisfied with the company. I paid over £800 per headset. Not even been a year and they dont seem to care unless you want to spend money. For a big company very disappointed. The company needs better customer services training and to stop rushing people off the phone.

My bluetooth headset lost its voice My bluetooth headset lost its voice, could only whisper, was useless. After some confusion in communication with danish representative and my struggle with the warranty procedure on the internet, Plantronics send me a replacement and first than ask me to send back the broken item. Obviously trusting me, that my complaint was honest. Address labels preprinted and transport paid! The new equipment is working fine. I am happy and will recommend Plantronics.

expensive wireless headset goes to bin I got this headset Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A for a little over £200 which is paired with the BT600 dongle, it has been reset many times and the firmware updated but I am still getting the 3 consecutive beeps every other second when I try to use it with WhatsApp or Teams calls. Sound is OK for YouTube or just listening to anything. Contacted their support, and tried a few things but nothing could be done, they will not replace them because the headset is a few months out of warranty which I understand, but what bothers me they will not repair them even if I paid for it, so an expensive headset will just go to the bin. Not a trustworthy manufacturer.
