GBNot honest folks. Wow, their sales people are efficient and nice. Then a third of the stuff we bought arrived broken. I asked to cancel an order, which they said they would try, but then failed, but the order showed up with the new stuff I ordered when I called to cancel so they obviously didn't try hard enough. Then try to return stuff and you'll get a few different stories and then they'll break out the bureaucratic mumbo jumbo to explain how bad they're going to stick it to you.

EGI have purchased a few items from… I have purchased a few items from build.com. I have not purchased any appliances. I ordered and received a amazing kitchen sink. I was impressed with the quality. The faucet was nice as well. I have purchased small things as well such as handles on my kitchen cabinets. The items were in stock and I received the very quickly, it took only two days. I was impressed with the speed of getting my order. I have not had any orders canceled or needed to return anything yet.

GBThe bathroom sink model I put in my… The bathroom sink model I put in my cart and ordered is NOT the sink they said I purchased. I.e. they changed the sink model # after I ordered. Who does that?? It's the wrong sink and the wrong number of holes for the faucet. Immediately after receiving the email for the wrong order (within minutes of ordering), I tried to cancel the order online but they say they cannot find the order (even though they sent an email confirmation)?!?! Customer service said "They ship fast" so may not be able to cancel. Think twice before ordering.

GBMisrepresentation of product Build listed my vanity as including a mirror. I contacted customer service to let them know I hadn't received it. After being on the phone for an hour, I was informed this was an error on their webpage but there would be no compensation or replacement item. No accountability. Will not use their service again.

GBStick with Amazon I ordered three Swagelok door locks, two of which were damaged. I requested replacement parts, which they said they could do, but then two weeks later, said they could not, due to factory demand for those parts, they offered me a refund, which they never delivered. I'm tired of dealing with them and chalk it up to a bad learning experience. I'm sticking with Amazon.
