Game Console Didnt even work Online customer service was of no help. I bought a "refurbished" Xbox Seriex X from them and the controller had unplayable levels of stick shift. Even though it was their fault, I paid over $30 to fix the problem by having the whole game system replaced... Do not buy used consoles from this company.

Preorder cancelations w/o being notified Preordered a game from them five months ago for a game coming out next month. Received my confirmation email confirming the order. Come to find out at some point they up and canceled my order and never thought it was necessary to notify me. Missed out on a collector's edition due to their incompetence as it's now too late to order it again. Though I would not be ordering it through them again. Be wary and watch your preorders like a hawk.

former employee, dont go here. i used to work here and was a customer for over 12 years, but sadly this business is a dying business and its not just because of digital games. it seems like every year their higher ups find another way to be predatory, game/hardware warranty's, and the new "pro" membership just to name a few. sadly at this point the shop is a lost cause, just buy anywhere else.

Madden 24 Rip Off. Absurd. I purchased Madden 24 for my son online. Game wouldn't load. In order to get a refund or a new download they said I had to contact "Steam" and get an email from them stating the problem is with the game. Gamestop could not give me a phone number or email for Steam. That is because, as I came to find iut, none exists. The only support offered by Steam is articles and support groups. When presented with this fact, Gamestop had no idea what to do but would not refund me. Complete joke of a company clearly just taking advantage of gamers, most of whom are underage and con't navigate their unfair policies.

Pokémon 151 Ultra Premium Collection Bought a pack of Pokémon 151 ultra premium collection and the 3 promo cards were all damaged when I opened the box. After opening the packs I ended up getting nothing which I knew the risk of. The fact still remains, why are all 3 of the promo cards damaged? The gold Mew Ex has an obvious scratch at the top. Mewtwo promo is completely off centered with white edges at the back and the same goes for the other promo mew ex completely off centered AND white edges.
