GameStop will steal your money and your patience. GameStop effectively stole 550$ from me. GameStop ships in branded packaging leading to delivery driver theft. GameStop quotes they take 7-10 days to help with an issue, but it’s been nearly a month. PS5 was never delivered, and GameStop claims they have a backlog of customer service issues and they cannot offer a time line for helping. GameStop will steal your money and basically ghost you when you try to get your items/refund.

Employees take advantage of customers Employees take advantage of their customers in multiple ways. They claim that you can cancel a pre-order anytime but when that time actually comes, they act like they can’t do it and proceed to keep the customers hard earned money. It should be illegal for GameStop to keep our money when asking for it back but they don’t seem to care at all. They would rather keep their ‘numbers’ high instead of valuing customer service. This is the closest thing to an evil corporation I have encountered.

Game Console Didnt even work Online customer service was of no help. I bought a "refurbished" Xbox Seriex X from them and the controller had unplayable levels of stick shift. Even though it was their fault, I paid over $30 to fix the problem by having the whole game system replaced... Do not buy used consoles from this company.
