GBGameStop will steal your money and your patience. GameStop effectively stole 550$ from me. GameStop ships in branded packaging leading to delivery driver theft. GameStop quotes they take 7-10 days to help with an issue, but it’s been nearly a month. PS5 was never delivered, and GameStop claims they have a backlog of customer service issues and they cannot offer a time line for helping. GameStop will steal your money and basically ghost you when you try to get your items/refund.

GBLoyal Customers Not Wanted Here I went to my local Gamestop store in Cincinnati Ohio around 9:20 pm on Black Friday. I was looking to get my son a PS5 for Christmas. With my PowerUp Rewards and Black Friday deals, I was looking forward to getting us both some nice holiday gifts. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the gate was down and the doors locked. I saw the hours posted: they read open until 10 pm. One of the cashiers came as if she were going to let me in but instead snatched the store hours page out of the window (but not before I took a picture) She never said anything to me. I called customer service and posted a complaint on BBB. Customer service said there was nothing they could do; and the Gamestop rep, while apologetic, failed to offer me a store credit for the overwhelming inconvenience. Plus, last I checked both cashiers were still working there. I feel like my time supporting your company growth should count for more than just an empty apology.

GBLost 20,000 points becouse didn't update subscription. Tried them again and thay still say that I start over with my subscription to the Pro gaming magazine so I Will NOT be doing business with then anymore. With this subscription service...

GBWorthless don’t waste your time I ordered a play station console Star Wars battlefront two they sent me the wrong controller for the console after being hung up on from numerous Mexicans because obviously nobody that works there speaks English fluently I get some help. The guy says I have to send my console back because it’s a package deal and they actually have the controller I said why didn’t you send it to me when you sent me the game console. why can’t you just send me the controller because you already screwed my order up not gonna wait for another one for how many more days I’m over it. I wouldn’t buy another thing off this company even if it was gift card to send somebody.

GBPreorder cancelations w/o being notified Preordered a game from them five months ago for a game coming out next month. Received my confirmation email confirming the order. Come to find out at some point they up and canceled my order and never thought it was necessary to notify me. Missed out on a collector's edition due to their incompetence as it's now too late to order it again. Though I would not be ordering it through them again. Be wary and watch your preorders like a hawk.
