Terrible service. NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order on a Thursday morning, got charged immedediately. I sent an email requesting either a tracking info or a status on my purchase there was no response en days ... I then sent a second email to numerous emails linked to the "contact emails" they have listed and there was no response there either. It's been almost 3 weeks since the I place the order and they took my money and I still haven't received my package nor an email back with any sort of response. I see some good reviews and some bad ones but this just shows how INCONSISTENT this company is. Save your self some time and money and order the SAME items on Amazon or eBay.

No order, no refund Placed an order on Dec. 2, still not received. When I wrote USB Geek concerning matter, they said "Wait"; it's been another week. I'm beginning to think it's a scam . I will NOT let matter drop.

Terrible, fraudulent I ordered 2 thumbdrives on December 7, 2017 and today is January 27, 2018. Still haven't seen or heard anything. Will never buy from them again and intend to warn anybody and everybody.

I ordered some Bday gifts for my boyfriend on a tuesday, paid for their cheapest shipping and got them on next friday. and it was well packed, the items look like how they are described, and had no problems what so ever. i am glad that i did not listen to yelp and was able to get my boyfriend some nifty gifts for birthday. my personal favorite- the gun mug.
