GBScam Alert: Scam Alert! I ordered a flash drive for a gift and it's now been almost a month and I still have not received my item. I emailed them asking for delivery status and received no response. I've searched for a phone number to call to talk to a customer service rep, and one does not seem to exist. I'm convinced this company is a complete scam and I will never order from them ever again. Horrible customer service. I'm hoping I'm able to get my money refunded.

GBTerrible service. NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order on a Thursday morning, got charged immedediately. I sent an email requesting either a tracking info or a status on my purchase there was no response en days ... I then sent a second email to numerous emails linked to the "contact emails" they have listed and there was no response there either. It's been almost 3 weeks since the I place the order and they took my money and I still haven't received my package nor an email back with any sort of response. I see some good reviews and some bad ones but this just shows how INCONSISTENT this company is. Save your self some time and money and order the SAME items on Amazon or eBay.

HKusbgeek.com was simple and excellent. My shopping experience with usbgeek.com was simple and excellent. The items I purchased was for my son's 9th birthday. To my surpirse the shipping time was very quick coming all the way to Hawaii. I received my order in three days. My son was very happy to receive his birthday gifts. Thank you very much!

GBNo order, no refund Placed an order on Dec. 2, still not received. When I wrote USB Geek concerning matter, they said "Wait"; it's been another week. I'm beginning to think it's a scam . I will NOT let matter drop.

GBTerrible, fraudulent I ordered 2 thumbdrives on December 7, 2017 and today is January 27, 2018. Still haven't seen or heard anything. Will never buy from them again and intend to warn anybody and everybody.
