Scam Alert: Scam Alert! I ordered a flash drive for a gift and it's now been almost a month and I still have not received my item. I emailed them asking for delivery status and received no response. I've searched for a phone number to call to talk to a customer service rep, and one does not seem to exist. I'm convinced this company is a complete scam and I will never order from them ever again. Horrible customer service. I'm hoping I'm able to get my money refunded.

No order, no refund Placed an order on Dec. 2, still not received. When I wrote USB Geek concerning matter, they said "Wait"; it's been another week. I'm beginning to think it's a scam . I will NOT let matter drop.

Terrible, fraudulent I ordered 2 thumbdrives on December 7, 2017 and today is January 27, 2018. Still haven't seen or heard anything. Will never buy from them again and intend to warn anybody and everybody.
