DKExceeded rate limit by accident Exceeded rate limit by accident. Received mail telling me that i "may" incur additional fees. Logged into site -no red flags, or an overview of said fees. Later i was charged more then 10X my montly subscription for exeeding the limit by 1.5X my quota. What a scammy business!

GBDon't reinvent the API wheel but leverage Rapid API instead! This is a great service for leveraging prebuilt api's for your applications. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Through Rapid API, you can take advantage of a market place of API's that connect to a breath of platforms. The billing and usage calculation is very easy to understand and use. There is no need to worry about being throttled by certain platforms when trying to access their data when using Rapid API since they have a great infrastructure to prevent that from happening. There customer service is also very responsive. We have had a great experience with Rapid API so far and look forward to using them for more API's in the future.

ILCustomer service non existing I accidentally stopped my subscription to an API on the same day I was charged. I contacted support right away to tell them about the mistake and asked for them to reinstate the subscription since it is a full month I have been charged. The answer was that they cannot do that and I will need to pay for another subscription.

RUBasic Basic $5.00 / mo Currently Subscribed Manage And View Usage Requests 20,000 / month + $5 each other I would be angry If that bill me for $5 for each request. It has to be prevented by your rules or something else. Please contact its owner and force him to fix his plan - it's great but $5 for each request over the plan is plain weird

DELost access to the API after 15 minutes I subscribed to an API for one month to test it out. I always cancel these subscriptions so that I don’t forget unsubscribing later on. With this service, you lose your access to the API as soon as you unsubscribe, not at the end of the month that you paid for. So I paid a whole month, and then lost access to the API after 15 minutes. After contacting the support, they just confirmed that this is how their platform worked, but offered no other assistance.
