Joke: shut you off every gigabyte I'm supposed to be on an unlimited plan. Unlimited. Instead, they terminate my service every time I use one single gigabyte of data. At which point I'm forced to contact them, and then wait several days for them to restore my service. This company is utterly ridiculous and shouldn't exist.

Took about 1 whole month to get my refund The price Freemii offers was originally 149 for the membership fee and 49 for the annual membership renewal. However they quietly jacked it up to 399 for the membership fee, and annual renewal fee of 248 USD if you have 1 line and 99 if you have each extra, every single year! This completely goes against Freemii's deceptive advertising of free cell phone service. How are you still in bueinsss for falsely advertising as a free cell phone service company charging 400 for entrance and 248 a year for renewal... Refund took just a bit shy of 1 whole month, absolutely disgusting.

They don’t have customers service They don’t have customers service. Even though they have provided there customer service number online. When u call some one answered. And they keep your number and they will tell you someone will call from freemii. But they will never call any customer for any issues. I don’t have service for last 2 weeks. And i keep texting with their online. But still haven’t fix at all. They keep telling me 72hour. More them 10 days . Still i am in 72 hr period. So this is their customer service. So please stay a way from them. They are kind a like scam
