Been without service for over a week… Been without service for over a week ... FreeMii just says "...not our fault ..." no confidence I'll ever get service again - feels like they are trying to get rid of me as a customer / member ... very frustrating and sad ...

The worst & bad service The service and customer service is really bad. They are saying free service but with service interuptions you paying for all that. They dont have good techinicians and service so never get into this crap.

Mine lasted 2 years and 10 months… Mine lasted 2 years and 10 months before they pulled the plug. They just suddenly stopped issuing the monthly credit. This is what they sent to their customers in November 2022: "For 24 months FreeMii will issue your membership credits applied directly to your new account with your preferred network. Enjoy two (2) years of unlimited data, talk, and text and the quality of service at no cost to you." But then they stopped with no explanation after 6 months. I'm thinking after talking to other FreeMii customers I know, that the service is over.

wonderful service for the price. wonderful service for the price. Customer support is very nice... Monika and Paul are the best. highly recommendable to friends and family. Downside: cannot swap SIM to new devices...we need to pay for SIM No WIFI calling support on PINK network. No Mobile hotspot No 5G on Blue network ( AT&T) No International calling when compared with other MVNO's
