It is an easy website to use and very convenient. One of the cons of this website is that the contact page does not work, I have tried multiple times to send a question through the contact page just for it to be denied with a message "unable to send" popping up. So, if you are looking for a refund, there is a chance that you won't be able to get a refund.

We have sent 7 service requests… We have sent 7 service requests regarding the inability to send text messages. This happened suddenly. They have failed to respond to any of the support requests. I now realize there is something going on with this company and seriously doubt their validity. They continue to take the payments but fail to provide the services they promise. Beware of this company. They used to be very prompt with their responses but something is definitely wrong. Some error message about trying to force you to buy a subscription with a campaign service. DONT DO IT!
