Take your money, then can the service. No refund I set up a VOIP number before my overseas trip. I paid the money. When I arrive in Vietnam the phone doesn't work, so I finally get through to their help desk. They had cancelled the service and refunded half the money. Not all of it. Half. I am stuck on the side of the road at a pay phone, arguing why they hadn't refunded all the money, and why couldn't they just charge it again, but no help at all.
