I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago. 3 have already failed. On one the charging head fell off and the other two just would not connect. The remaining cables seem a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they connect straight away but mostly it requires some wiggling and rotating to get the connection to work. Overall I’m disappointed.

Only a charging cable...nothing more The quality of the item is great, and it works, but for CHARGING ONLY, very few smart phone users today use this port exclusively for charging, the cable does not DATA transfer. In my case, I purchased this cable to replace the standard cable in my car (the only place I still use a cable on my phone for Apple CarPlay, but it would not connect.

Great product, excellent customer service! I recently ordered a pair of Magnilink cables, one for the car and the other for the home. The package arrived very fast and in great shape. The cables looked extremely rugged, and quality made. As I was setting them up in both locations, I noticed I was having a slight problem with one of them. After replying to their shipping email with a short explanation of the problem, I was quickly contacted by customer service. After a few questions, they immediately sent out a replacement cable. Great product, excellent customer service!

Not a good experience. When the cables work, they are great. Unfortunately, a lot of time the cables do not work, or they will not charge. After a while the small connectors you put into your devices (especially the lightning ones) will stop working. I've bought 10 cables and had 2 replacements. One of the replacements didn't work on arrival. Would not buy or recommend these cables.

I bought a Magnilink 360 charging cable… I bought a Magnilink 360 charging cable starter pack. Product worked well for about 6 months, then charger end connector became sketchy, and f---d up the USB-C port on my laptop, too. Customer service unresponsive. Total scammers. Keep well away from them.
