wrong item and failure to respond... I ordered a 2 pin EU GaN charger and was sent a 3 pin UK version - i have contacted Magnilink twice since and had no acknowledgement or response

I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago. 3 have already failed. On one the charging head fell off and the other two just would not connect. The remaining cables seem a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they connect straight away but mostly it requires some wiggling and rotating to get the connection to work. Overall I’m disappointed.

Magnilink has everything you will ever need! The products that Maginlink is producing are incredible. The magnet latches on and remains in place until you remove it. The tips fit my ipad and iPhone and the other 2 tips fit my headphones, earbuds and pencil so they have it ALL covered. I have a cable in my car and it works just fine with Apple Play and charges beautifully. Their “glow” cables actually light up while using and my grandchildren just love them. They have 3 different colors and a multicolor one as well, in 2 different lengths. In addition, their customer support is amazing. They respond quickly, are very professional and sincere and they stand by all their products!

As a person that delivers packages… As a person that delivers packages based off am app on my phone I am always plugging and unplugging my device from the charger. I've always wondered if im destroying my phone by doing this. Magnilink not only fixes that problem for me, they made it so easy to connect to a charger. I have it 5 stars. Not to mention an amazing customer service if you have any issues whatsoever.

Caveat Emptor - Lighning Tips Poor Quality Worked fine for a few weeks, then my iPhone 7 started giving intermittent 'Device may not be supported'. Thought it might have been due to Apple updates, but none have dropped in the same period or immediately preceding the failure. Three Lightning tips did this same thing after about three weeks. Contacted Dope-Gadget (before their name change) and was sent three new tips. The first one of these failed today also, again, roughly three weeks after receipt. The cable works with other non-Lightning tips. And each new Lightning tip seems to work fine. Otherwise functional 240v to USB A charger used. My belief now is that these Lightning tips are of inferior quality and the unreliability is not worth the convenience offered by the magnetic cable. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
