Service tech awesome Service tech was going to miss the initial window. Not only did I receive an updated text from company, but he personally called both of my contact numbers and left messages. I was not home when he installed, but my son said he did great job. He also followed up with another call/voicemail to me to ensure all was good. Very impressed with the customer service.

Wow....customer service SUCKS Thought I signed up for service then I get an email telling me my service cannot be processed. I call, wait on hold for 15 minutes and then a lady answers who breathes SO loud into the phone I can barely hear what she is saying (nor can I understan her broken english) over the LOUD background noise of the call center she is obviously in. Horrible. Had to be transferred 3 times before I had to hang up because I was on a time constraint. Very disappointing!

nothing but inferior information, and installation. Customer services in all departments is inferior. Placed on hold so many times and for long periods of time as I awaited information. Xfinity is far superior in internet, television, and phone services. I left Xfinity-Comcast due to their billing methods. Was a loyal customer for several years until our bill reached over $300 a month. Consumers are at the mercy of technology. We will keep looking for other options.

The worst experience EVER! I have been an ATT client for over 20 years. I have never seen such bad service from a company. I've been trying to UPGRADE my service and it has been a hassle. They've cancelled my appointment at home twice without even letting me know why. Every time I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, no one is available. This problem has been going on since March. Still no positive outcome to my issue. If I could, I'd switch companies in an instant.

Worst customer service ever We have had and enjoyed u-verse for many years. Thought how much trouble could it be to switch to our new home? After 2.5 hrs on the telephone over 2 days and 4 different representatives giving us 4 different monthly costs, we decided to switch to Direct TV. Unfortunately we will still have to deal with AT&at, which I'm very unhappy about but no other choice. You guys really need to fix your custoner service, it's broken!!!
