We used to wait weeks for updates from our last company, this one is at our finger tips, allowing us to promote specials and holidays. Set up was easy and everyone has been so helpful! GBThey let you order from closed restaurants, and your first clue is a 3 hour pickup on a 30-40 minute order I ordered via bentobox with availability for a pickup order within 30-40 minutes. Then the email showed up and said the food would be ready in three and a half HOURS. There's no way to cancel the order. The restaurant won't pickup the phone. So we drive there, hoping we can show the receipt and even if we have to wait, we can still get food, but the place is closed, during their marked business hours. They charged my card immediately, but there's no food. Long story short, double check the place you're ordering from is actually open before clicking that button.

GBHappy to work with BentoBox for the last year We’ve been using BentoBox for about a year now and it’s been a great addition to our overall business. With takeout more prevalent these past months it has captured business we may have otherwise missed out on. My only want is if we could have tracking to know when we have a repeat customer and how many times they have ordered. They would be a useful tool to develop. Thank you.

GBwhere is the accountability with… where is the accountability with BentoBox? Why can't the customer contact the delivery service? There doesn't seem to be a way for BentoBox to be held accountable for the delivery service itself. Instead, the app directs the customer to contact the restaurant for status.
