GBDoes not inform customers of out of stock items Ordered a peripheral through TamayaTech, waited two days for shipping confirmation. Emailed the company to have them admit they were out of stock of the item but "would be receiving new demo units" soon. The company that make the item went out of business a year ago, so unless Tamaya has a time-bending wormhole...

GBI have bought from Tamayatech a few times. Tamayatech haste hard to find products and have bought a few times from them, they have supplied my company with networking products for years and because they have gov. Cage number , it allows us to purchase a lot of products from them because it makes it easier to do so. And I must also say when they don't have what I need, they try real hard to find it for me which I think is great customer service.

GBFound the impossibly-rare part I need, delivered it! I had been looking all over the internet for an Oki C6050 duplexer, part number 43830001. Every shop I could find listed the part as "sold out" or "backordered". TamayaTech also didn't have it in stock, but was able to locate it as a special-order part - of which they found 2. I now hold one of those two. They delivered! Admittedly, the site and ordering process is very "manual"... no real order confirmation, no automated tracking, nothing you'd come to expect from Amazon and the sort. However, they DID deliver, just as promised! I'm quite happy to be one of the good reviews here. Don't be afraid to follow up via email to the company - they'll get back to you!

GBScammers made several attempts to reach them to no avail. Purchased a telephone two weeks which retailed for 216.99. Unfortunately they sent me the right box with a wrong inferior product inside. Tried contacting them numerous times thru telephone and emails no response. Have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. This company is a scam and use bait and switch tactics to steal people's money.

GBDO NOT BOY FROM THIS COMPANY This company seemed okay initially during the purchasing process, but when the item I received was DOA and I had to return it and then when I got the replacement (could have been same one) and it was DOA I said OH NO. Since then I haven’t been able to get anyone to return any of my calls or email. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and we’ll see what happens. If you’re considering making a purchase I’d recommend staying away from this company.
