Found the impossibly-rare part I need, delivered it! I had been looking all over the internet for an Oki C6050 duplexer, part number 43830001. Every shop I could find listed the part as "sold out" or "backordered". TamayaTech also didn't have it in stock, but was able to locate it as a special-order part - of which they found 2. I now hold one of those two. They delivered! Admittedly, the site and ordering process is very "manual"... no real order confirmation, no automated tracking, nothing you'd come to expect from Amazon and the sort. However, they DID deliver, just as promised! I'm quite happy to be one of the good reviews here. Don't be afraid to follow up via email to the company - they'll get back to you!

They are still "in business" as on June… They are still "in business" as on June 2019. Don't expect any communication whatsoever. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response on my order. That was after I send emails, faxes, left messages, used their website to leave a message, tweeted, and sent Facebook messages. Avoid at all costs. They will only take up your time.

Buyer BEWARE!!!!! I bought a motherboard for a customer and paid for 3 day shipping. I still have not received it a week later. Calls do not get returned and no one answers their emails. Based on their reviews it sounds like this is a pretty common issue with them. I would never purchase from them for a customer again. Now one of my best customers is second guessing me. I should have known better.
