AUAbsolutely zero customer loyalty Absolutely zero customer loyalty, and nothing special for what you're now charged. Avoid like covid19.

CAThis company is stealing money. This company is stealing money. I signed up for the free trial 4 years ago. Never used the product or service. Last year I realized they were charging my account, I called and asked them to cancel it. They said they would. This year I get a charge to my credit card. I called and asked for a refund. They said they can't give me a refund. But they would cancel my account. I check, and my account is still not canceled. Don't sign up for this service.

GBNing got new life after this recent … Ning got new life after this recent ownership took over. They communicate in a reasonable feature and seem more knowledgeable. I have seen features get nice overhauls as well as long awaited features being released that had been promised for years. I love this newfound energy and don't want this feeling to stop.

GBSo far the response rate has been very … So far the response rate has been very good since you guys took over. However you are making promises you aren't keeping. You told us Ning 2.0 was going to get a makeover and a new chat, and instead my network has experienced lag and a broken old chat for about a week. I'd like a little more clarity and transparency as to how you will be proceeding with us. Otherwise you are doing a much better job than the previous owners.

GBNing- Broken and Dying... Just about to cancel my remaining two sites with NING. Ning are now a faint shadow of what they were back in 2011/12 when I joined - a dynamic, cando operation that was totally professional. Today they are a broken, tired operation just limping along on past glories and clients subscriptions who are too lazy to change from them to much better, cheaper alternatives. E.G: Their links on the bottom of their site don't even work now - Resource not found! (??) What sort of operation is this. Sayonara Ning. You were once great - but now - broken and dying.
