They basically picked up where the the old Ning left off and are continuing forward. They are even answering questions in the forums again. I recently filed a ticket because my search function wasn't working and it took 2 weeks to get a resolution- that's not good enough. They also need to address the following for 2.0 and 3.0, and do it quickly. 1. Better monetization of the mobile version. This company is stealing money. This company is stealing money. I signed up for the free trial 4 years ago. Never used the product or service. Last year I realized they were charging my account, I called and asked them to cancel it. They said they would. This year I get a charge to my credit card. I called and asked for a refund. They said they can't give me a refund. But they would cancel my account. I check, and my account is still not canceled. Don't sign up for this service.
