GBI am warning everyone..DO NOT,BUY A… I am warning everyone..DO NOT,BUY A PHONE FROM THE BLACKVIEW STORE..They,will take your money,and claim the phone is on the way..Its,been 4 weeks and I still haven't recieved my phone.. I keep getting run around when I try contacting them tru email..Do not waste your time with these store

GBterrible sound quality and not waterproof right out of the box my bl8800 pro has terrible sound for phone calls and messages. it's, so far been impossible to reach anyone to fix this. also this issue is pretty common but on its site/s there's a section that talks about poor audio, and it only addresses problems that are caused by dirt in the mic(customers fault) and water in the mic (again customers fault) even though they claim that it's waterproof and not water resistant. not the customer's fault but the manufacturer's, and there's no mention of that on their documentation.
